Discharge of Fireworks
The discharge of fireworks is regulated by various laws and resolutions. Please contact the appropriate agency listed below for more information. You may also contact the Fire District
office at 316-776-0401 for more information.
A fireworks display permits is required for 1.3G Display Fireworks (Old Class B). No exceptions.
1.4G Consumer Fireworks (Old Class C) can only be discharged during specific times during the Independence Day holiday and New Years Eve.
Check back during those times and fireworks shooting times and places will be posted.
